A packaging partner that shows its working
Foldveil exists because sustainable packaging turned into a paint color. Green boxes, leaf icons, the word “eco” doing unpaid overtime — and behind it, MOQs written for enterprises and claims written for nobody in particular. If you run a growing DTC brand, you've met this industry: it quotes you politely and never calls back.
We make compostable mailers, paper cushioning and mono-material shippers for brands shipping between a thousand and fifty thousand parcels a month. First orders of 500–5,000 units are our normal. Digital-print samples ship in 5–7 days, and the sample fee is credited to your first order.
What we believe
A claim without a certificate number is decoration. Certification status depends on the specific factory that runs your order, so we verify it per factory and per production run — and share certificate numbers with your quote. Until that number exists, we won't call a product compostable, recycled, or anything else we can't prove.
Packaging is a freight problem wearing a design problem's clothes. Parcels ship by volume. Every quote we send includes cartons-per-pallet and full-container load counts, because a beautiful mailer that wastes a third of a container isn't sustainable — or affordable.
Regulation is a service opportunity, not a scare tactic. PPWR and US state EPR are rewriting what packaging is legal to ship. We read the rules, state effective dates and scope, supply the compliance documentation with your order — and always note that our explainers are not legal advice.
Where we work
Our production base is China's packaging belt — film and bag converting in Guangdong and Zhejiang, paper cushioning in Zhejiang and Shandong — with commercial focus on brands shipping to the EU, US and UK. We select partner factories against a hard requirement: the certificates our claims policy depends on, verified before your order runs.
If you're re-sourcing packaging for compliance, cost or conscience, send us a size and a quantity. That's enough to start.
